Evaluation of continuous process improvement and design of enhancements. Includes Performance Management and Metric Evaluation and Management. This very specific work is where my true expertise shines. By asking the right questions, examining current processes and evaluating the desired state, I look at the gap in between, pull the metrics and find possible solutions. As a professional listener, I am here to help you implement the changes or assist you in effectively implementing recommendations and plans.

Provide appropriate level of guidance needed to facilitate change within an organization. Engagement of communication, employee readiness, human resources, learning and development, operations, reporting and performance management. It’s not just about fixing one thing, it’s about tying everything together. Specific project changes can be implemented by me or I can manage them for you. I am a Certified PMP and all of this work can be done remotely or onsite as necessary.
